I saw Closer (which just came out in Germany this week) last night. I really cannot recommend this movie to anyone. It has very intense adult themes, would be a horrible date movie, and left me in a ridiculously depressive mood. It sure did provoke some thought on my part...if people like that really do exist in this world, where am I to find the redeeming quality of humanity? How and when should you ever trust another human being with your heart or with anything for that matter? Tough stuff. Well...it is just a movie...
(The film did have a great soundtrack...filled with those kind of songs that can make your heart wrench immediately for no reason...)
